Water, Earth, Air and Fire. All four elements are combined in this tour. The water will be your path for the next 50 km and mirrows the surroundings in an extra dimension. Earth is represented by several sandy beaches and islands along the way. Air will carry the birds, butterflies and clouds. Fire will burn the wood which provides you warmth during chilly nights.



The current and water level are the dynamic factors of this tour. Some beaches may be gone. On other occasions new beaches emerge. Scattered villages rarely seen by tourists are interesting points of visit. Most of these villages are only accessible by the Tonle San. Kayaks therefore are a sublime way of transportation. On the short jungle trek, we take you to a remote impressive waterfall and visit hill tribes.


The Tonle San enters Cambodia from Vietnam. The river meanders its way through Ratanakiri and Stungtreng province. More than 200 km west the river San joins the mighty Mekong. This tour reveals a different point of view. The view from the water and the life on its banks. Total trip length: 40km
